  I've been coming to this location for 4 years, & as another yelper pointed out - Starbucks is Starbucks, ya like it or you don't. In general, I would agree that over the last 4 years, this location has been one of the slowest that I've frequented but it's convenient location inside my supermarket has made it a regular stop.
  
  I'm writing this review today because I've had the pleasure of Sandra being my barista my last few visits and let me tell you, she has been my most favorite barista of all!!!
  
  Her customer service has been nothing short of AMAZING!! Little things that have made me smile the first two visits but today she blew me out of the water. Today, after I don't know how many trips into various Starbucks since the beloved PSL has returned and the new Pumpkin Cold Brew has hit the market, I made the statement - as annoying as I'm sure it is - that I really wish there was a way to do it dairy and sugar free. I've said it to every barista I've come into contact with this season. I mean who doesn't love PSL season?!? And I've really wanted to try the pumpkin cold brew but haven't been able to for the dairy. Sandra immediately paused a moment and asked if I had a preference on my milk alternative because her dilemma was in the way they usually make the topping because it needs to be thick. Generally, I do prefer coconut but we decided that we could maybe get a better effect with almond milk since it's a tad thicker. Now - we didn't achieve a completely clean coffee in that we did end up with a couple pumps of the regular pumpkin syrup which contains sugar but she took a little extra effort and time to help me concoct a recipe that will allow me to partake in the pumpkin season!!! She then told me exactly what to ask for and how I can modify it in the future if this one "experiment" ended up too sweet.
  
  So really, big shouts out to Sandra today!

  Starbucks is Starbucks. You either like it or you don't. My review is based on the service and friendliness of the staff.
  Everyone I have had contact with at this location has always been super friendly and chatty. Never had an issue with staff.
  The problem with this location is how damn long they take to do anything. There is never more than 1 person working at this location, at least anytime i have been here, and they are always overloaded with people. It takes FOREVER to get a drink at this location!! I just waited 11 minutes for a latte with 1 person in front of me.  Don't come here if you are in a hurry or don't have time to waste.

  Very nice and cozy place. Sometimes they play french music that make the environment even more enjoyable. Polite and nice associates. Highly recommended for studying or working.
